The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Kanda Otemachi station, making it easy to explore the city. The cozy and comfortable rooms provide a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly and always available to assist with any concerns. the hotel provides thoughtful amenities such as free skincare products and bath salts in the lobby.
The communication with staff who are not fluent in English can be a bit challenging at times.

The staff were really helpful and always available to assist with any concerns. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The room itself wasnice and neat for two people. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is quiet at night, awesome for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the staff was always available to assist with any concerns. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station.
